Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery

My wife had a hankering for some Austin Powers and I complained that we only watched it like 2 years ago. Nope, it was in 2015¹!

Anyway this is quite a memorable film and I remember the jokes like it was 2 years ago. That’s no bad thing, you don’t have to be crying laughing to enjoy an old friend’s company, an watching Austin Powers is indeed a bit like visiting an old friend.

“Ladies and gentlemen Mr. Burt Bacharach!” still gets me, RIP Burt. Also, Will Ferrell’s character taking ages to die in Dr Evil’s fire pit never gets old.
